German Communities

Communities according to the Bundesamt für Kartographie und Geodäsie. Some of the data are as of 2018-01-01 and some are as of 2018-12-31, partially accounting for the 2008-08-01 district reform in Saxony.The generalized geometries were generalized with 1,000 m; the Vennbahn in North Rhine-Westphalia was removed manually.
