Goal of the project is the development of methods that allow several measures for carbon abatement to be measured with regard to their cost-effiency as well as their potential for savings while considering the changing boundary conditions. In addition to the standard economical and technical parameters, the evaluation focuses in particular on the dynamic interdependencies of the measures within the energy system. Furthermore, the climate change mitigation scenario “fuEL” was developed, which represents a 95 % reduction in greenhouse gas emissions.
